The qualification requirements include: (a) Financial capacity: You must submit photocopies of the Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) of the last fiscal year, audited by an audit firm, in order to verify the availability of liquid assets, which must be at least 30% of the total amount of the offer. The required Financial Statements must be audited by an auditing firm and must attach the following information from the auditing firm: Copy of the unique taxpayer registration document or its equivalent according to the country of the offeror, of the auditing firm or audit firm, Copy of the card of the Authorized Public Accountant (CPA) or its equivalent according to the country of the offeror, who signs the audited financial statements, with a proof of the signature that guarantees that it is an official of the same and that the card is in force, Deed of Incorporation of the audit firm, Mercantile Registry, or its equivalent in accordance with the legislation of each country. (b) Experience and Technical Capacity: Present at least 3 copies of contracts, purchase orders and / or invoices for batches offered that corroborate the supply of goods similar to those offered in the last 3 years (2017, 2018 and 2019), taking as Reference the date of presentation and opening of the offer. The sum of the aforementioned documents must correspond to at least 50% of the amount of the lot offered. A Preference Margin will not be awarded to eligible national Suppliers.
