The TecnoCarnicos Andina brings the producers and consumers of meat products together. The exhibitors come mainly from South America. At the fair, new production technologies. National and international experts put the visitors' lectures on the technical innovations closer. The TecnoCarnicos Andina is one of South America's most famous trade fairs. The producers present their products with great attention to detail. New creations of meat and sausage products can be connected to almost every state to be tested.
