Outsource2LAC 2017
The 6th Latin American and Caribbean Outsourcing and Offshoring Summit: Outsource2LAC 2017 will be held in San Jose, Costa Rica, on March 15-16, 2017. The event is being co-organized by the Inter-American Development Bank, and Costa Rica’s Trade Promotion Agency (Procomer).
Following five years of successful meetings, Outsource2LAC has become the most prominent Outsourcing and Offshoring forum in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), offering participants the opportunity to learn about current trends in the global outsourcing industry and to expand their businesses worldwide through B2B meetings. More than 500 service companies from around the globe are expected to attend the 2017 Summit, including leading companies from Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia, Europe, and North America; Delegates from Trade and Investment Promotion Organizations from more than 20 Latin American and Caribbean countries; among other organizations.

- Voucher for approximately 70% of the total airfare (in USD). Important: The amount of support will be allocated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the place from which the participant travels (origin), and will be reimbursed within 15 business days after the event is concluded.

The companies eligible to access these benefits will be selected by the IDB/ConnectAmericas, based on the following criteria:
- Participants must be part of the Global Services Industry (e.g. BPO, KPO, ITO, and LPO, among others; including direct suppliers of these services, subcontractors, specialized consulting firms, specialized legal firms and other firms directly linked to the industry).
- Participants must have relevant International Experience on their field or scope of application.
- Count with industry-specific quality certifications or equivalents.
- Be a small or medium-sized Enterprise (SME). This will be determined based on annual turnover and / or number of employees.
- Belong to one of the IDB's borrowing member countries (see list here)
How to apply to receive these benefits? Just follow these simple steps:

- Register as soon as possible (Registration will close on January 20, 2017 at 23:59 hrs EST).
When and how do I find out if I was selected to receive the benefits?
- In the weeks following your registration, you will receive an email with the status of your application (“Approved or Declined"), depending on the decision made by the Selection Committee (based on the information provided in your registration profile).
- If your company is "Approved", the organizers will contact you to indicate the process to follow, in order to obtain the benefits and participate in the event (starting January 2017).
