The qualification requirements include the financial and technical capacity requirements indicated in paragraph (4) of part I. Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.

Bids must be received at the address indicated below at the end of this invitation no later than 10:00:00 a.m., INETER's official time, on Tuesday, February 01, 2022. Electronic bids will not be permitted. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who wish to attend in person at the address indicated at the end of this Call for Bids, at 10:15:00 am on Tuesday, February 01, 2022.
