The purpose of the consulting services ("the services") to be hired is to hire the services of a consulting firm to create a database of eligible candidates and to pre-select shortlists of professionals that will allow the new ENEE business group to have human talent with optimal capabilities to perform in different positions, both managerial and middle management, administrative or operational, through the search, recruitment and evaluation of candidates according to the profile and competencies required, facilitating the development of companies adaptable to the current requirements of the industry (EMETO), The new ENEE business group will have human talent with optimal capabilities to perform in different management, middle management, administrative or operational positions, through the search, recruitment and evaluation of candidates according to the job profile and required competencies, facilitating the development of companies adaptable to the current requirements of the industry (EMETO/EGECO/EDCO).

Empresa Nacional de Energía Eléctrica (ENEE) invites consulting firms to express their interest in providing the requested services. Interested consultants must provide documented information, in Spanish, in printed form, in a sealed envelope, in original and three (3) copies, and one copy in magnetic media, indicating that they have experience in:

(i) General Experience:

• At least 15 years working in the recruitment and search for the best human talent in any economic sector in Latin American countries.

(ii) Specific Experience:

• Having executed at least three (3) personnel selection and evaluation projects in the energy sector, having achieved success and satisfaction in the same. (Proof by means of certificates or terminations).
• At least 10 years of experience working with a multidisciplinary team of at least 6 consultants with a high level of training in human behavior.
• At least 30 Psychoprofessional reports.
• To have a database of at least 1,000 candidates evaluated and updated.
• Quality professional services certified in the ISO 10667 standard that ensures good practices in the evaluation of individuals, groups and organizations.

(iii) Additionally, the following documentation must be submitted:

• General Data of the Firm: Name of the Firm, Physical Address, Telephone, E-mail address.
• Simple photocopy of the Public Deed of Incorporation and its amendments (if any) duly registered in the Public Mercantile Registry.
• Simple photocopy of the Legal Power of Attorney of the Legal Representative of the Firm (applies in case the Public Deed of Incorporation of the Firm does not contain such power of attorney) and the respective simple photocopies of the personal documents of the Legal Representative of the Firm (Identity Card and/or Passport).
• Submit an original sworn statement of both the Legal Representative and the Company that he/she is not included in any of the disqualifications referred to in Articles 15 and 16 of the State Contracting Law.
