説明

The services include:

The design of the collection, transport, storage, and evacuation systems of rainwater from the city of Cusco, which includes mitigation measures, rainwater disconnections and integration of existing rainwater drainage systems.

The integral project involving the urban area of Cusco, considers the presentation of three (03) Technical Files located in the Tancarpaya, Cachimayo and Saphy micro-basins.

The present consultancy contemplates to carry out the definitive studies and designs that lead to have the technical file for the pluvial drainage service of the city of Cusco, conformed by the districts of Cusco, Wanchaq, San Sebastian and Santiago, of the province of Cusco - department of Cusco - Peru, taking as reference the study of Pre Investment at profile level. The elaboration of the definitive studies framed in the current regulations of the National System of Multiannual Programming and Investment Management is requested, which considers the basic studies, hydrological-hydraulic studies, detailed designs of the works, budget, work execution schedules and the complete technical file developed in three stages.

The study area is defined by the urban area of four districts (Cusco, Wanchaq, San Sebastian and Santiago) and three micro-watersheds (Saphy, Cachimayo and Tancarpaya). In terms of hydrographic areas, the study area includes the upper urban sub-basin of the Huatanay River, which includes the rural and urban micro-watershed of Saphy and the urban micro-watersheds of Cachimayo and Tancarpaya. The consultancy plans to carry out the storm drainage design divided into three micro-watersheds, so each micro-watershed will have its own technical file.

The main components of the project are as follows:

- Improvement and expansion of the storm drainage service comprising the systems for collection, transport (including green filtering ditches), storage (including lamination and retention structures) and evacuation of rainwater, integrating the existing storm drainage systems.

- Disconnection of existing stormwater collectors from the sanitary sewer system.

- Risk mitigation measures (including revegetation, geogrids and gabions).
