The project consists of the construction of five one-story rectangular buildings, which will have main walls 4 m. high up to the crown beam. The construction typology includes 15 cm thick confined masonry walls, metal roof structure and zinc roof covering; it also includes the installation of non-structural systems such as electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and voice and data systems. It is projected as a hospital type building of 2,884.59 m2, located in the municipality of Waslala, department of Matagalpa. The construction term is 510 calendar days after contract start.
