Inter-American Development Bank
Description
This project aims to train Salvador's Afro-entrepreneurs in different stages of the Afro Ethnic Tourism (TEA) production chain to improve their product and service to guarantee greater financial gains and contribute to improving the city tourism.
Required services include creation and development of an educational platform (online and in-person) for training and mentoring, with digital and physical content, organized in modules called Learning Paths (Trilhas de Aprendizagem, in Portuguese), thus, each participant can design an individual path, according to their needs and professional activity.
These modules can be developed in the in-person format, as expository classes, workshops, among others, besides the online classes. It is also recommended, in the case of face-to-face courses, that they can be broadcast in real-time on social media.
