The main objectives of the consulting services ("the Services") are to investigate and evaluate adequate renewable energy technologies for an energy efficiency investment plan for the next ten years for the Galapagos; and carry out the dissemination of knowledge and institutional strengthening through a public awareness campaign and a training program for MERNNR, ARCONEL, CGREG and ELECGALAPAGOS. The expected duration of the consultancy is 210 calendar days.
