Subscription of Software Licenses for Application Servers and related services (JBOSS) for the VUCE.
Qualifications requirements include:
General Sales Volume The Offeror shall demonstrate in each of the two years (2018 and 2019) to have had sales for a minimum amount of US$ 163,920.00 (One Hundred Sixty-three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty with 00/100 US Dollars); for which it shall provide documented evidence:
The documents referred to for accreditation shall be:
For national bidders: audited Financial Statements or the Financial Statements submitted to SUNAT with its due proof of presentation and payment (PDT of the Sworn Statement of Annual Income Tax payment for fiscal years 2018 and 2019) or cancelled invoices accompanied by its proof of conformity without having incurred in penalty in said years (2018 and 2019).
For foreign bidders: Audited Financial Statements or Financial Statements submitted to the competent tax authority of their country with their due proof or cancelled invoices accompanied by their proof of conformity without having incurred in penalties in said years (2018 and 2019).

Here are some of the requirements:
To have invoiced in similar services (Subscription Service and/or technical support and/or installation and/or configuration and/or Training and/or Certification) at least US$ 122,940.00 (One Hundred Twenty Two Thousand and Two Thousand and Nine Hundred and Forty with 00/100 US Dollars), accumulated in the 5 years (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019), counted from the date of compliance or issuance of proof of payment, as applicable. For the accumulated in the 5 years will also be acceptable from 2016 to 2020 (2016, 2017, 2018 2019 and 2020).
