Companies eligible to access these benefits will be selected by the IDB/ConnectAmericas based on the following criteria:
- Belong to the global export services sector (e.g., BPO, KPO, ITO, LPO, among others, including direct providers of these services, subcontractors, specialized consulting firms, specialized legal firms, and other firms directly linked to the sector).
- Have relevant International Experience in your field of application.
- Have specialized industry quality certifications or equivalent.
- Be a small or medium-sized "SME" company (this will be determined based on annual turnover and number of employees)
- Have a functional website.
- Belong to one of the IDB's borrowing member countries (see the list here)
We will prioritize companies that have not yet to receive benefits in previous events organized by the IDB.
How to apply to receive this benefit? Just follow these simple steps:
- Ensure you have your Company profile on ConnectAmericas.
- Submit your registration application (the closing date to receive applications will be on October 15, 2024, at 11:59 pm EST). Remember that the quota for receiving benefits is limited. Sign up and be one of the one hundred companies to receive these benefits!
When and how do I determine whether I was selected for the benefit?
- In the weeks following your registration, you will receive an email with the status of your application ("Approved or Declined"), according to the decision made by the Selection Committee (based on the information provided in your registration profile).
- If your company is "Approved," the organizers will contact you to tell you the process to follow to obtain the benefits and participate in the event.
