Outsource2LAC destaca os benefícios significativos que esta indústria dinâmica pode trazer para as economias da nossa região, incluindo a criação de empregos de alto valor, transferência de tecnologia, aumento do investimento estrangeiro direto e um mercado de exportação diversificado, e cobre uma ampla gama de tópicos relacionados com a economia digital em várias verticais, como automação, logística, animação, videogames, agtech, fintech, aplicativos de software e soluções de comércio eletrônico, para citar alguns.
Com base no sucesso das oito edições anteriores do Outsource2LAC (sete presenciais e uma virtual) e alavancando a comunidade de negócios ConnectAmericas, o Outsource2LAC Global Digital Services Summit - Jamaica 2023 reunirá empresqas multinacionais, startups, empreendedores e organizações de promoção comercial para explorar o últimas tendências em tecnologias digitais e identificar novas oportunidades de negócios internacionais por meio de reuniões de matchmaking B2B e B2G.
O evento sediado na Jamaica, é uma plataforma onde participantes da América Latina, Caribe, Europa, Ásia e América do Norte poderão discutir os mais recentes desenvolvimentos e inovações em suas áreas. Assim, a agenda do evento tem uma perspectiva internacional para reunir um leque diversificado de ideias.

•Voucher for a percentage of the cost of the air ticket cost.
Important note: The amount of support will allocate on a case-by-case basis, depending on where the participant is traveling from (origin), and will be paid via reimbursement within 30 business days after the event has concluded.

Companies eligible to access these benefits will be selected by the IDB/ConnectAmericas, based on the following criteria:
•Belong to the global export services sector (e.g., BPO, KPO, ITO, LPO, among others, including direct providers of these services, subcontractors, specialized consulting firms, specialized legal firms, and other firms directly linked to the sector).
•Have relevant International Experience in your field of application.
•Have specialized industry quality certifications or equivalent.
•Be a small or medium-sized "SME" company (this will be determined based on annual revenue and number of employees)
•Have a functional website.
•Belong to one of the IDB's borrowing member countries (see the list here)
How to apply to receive this benefit? Just follow these simple steps:
•Ensure you have a User Profile (personal) and your Company profile is complete on ConnectAmericas.
•Submit your registration application (which will close on May 5, 2023, at 11:59 pm EST). Remember that space is limited. Sign up and be one of 100 companies to receive these benefits!
When and how do I determine if I was selected to receive the benefit?
•If your company is "Approved," the organizers will contact you to tell you the process to follow to obtain the benefits and participate in the event.
